| In November, 2000 I used the services of Ltour. I was highly impressed with their client-focused approach. Alexei Maslennikov even met me at Pulkovo and escorted me to the flat. | I've been to St. Petersburg several times in the past 10 months and each time have rented an apartment through Leka Travel. All of these apartments have great charm and are very reasonable. I particularly appreciate there proximity to Nevski Prospect - near the heart of the city but always just a little off the hustle and bustle so one can rest peacefully. | I cannot say enough about the great service I recieved from Ltours espacially Alexei Maslennikow who is was most helpful as well as very knowledgeable of both the old and new of St. Petersburg. | I have been to Piter twice in the past two months. The last time I rented a flat from LTours an dwas very happy with the arrangement. It was a charming place just off the Winter Palace. Alexei was very helpful and courteous. I plan on renting through him whenever possible in the future. | The first thing I want to do is to thank you and your company for making the trip so easy and trouble free by providing all of the necessary Russian visa documentation efficiently and at fees far lower than other companies had quoted me for the same service. Also, the fully furnished apartment you recommended I stay in was just as you described in being spacious, clean, neat, and convenient to the shopping and sightseeeing I did while I was there. | ||

| We could not have had a more wonderful visit to St. Petersburg thanks to Alexi Maslennikow. Aleksei made our visit memorable and very comfortable and pleasant in every way. He is very knowledgable about all points of interests and the city as a whole. Our needs and desires seemed to be his utmost concern.He personally met us at the Railway station and transported us to a very nice Apartment. He reserved seats and escorted us to the Ballet. We highly recommend his services | My wife and I recently spent nearly a month in St. Petersburg, and Aleksei was most helpful in getting us an excellent, convenient apartment at a good price. We visited the palaces outside SPb on our own, but if you don't know sufficient Russian to buy tickets, I recommend having Aleksei help you take an organized tour. Also, the trip to Novgorod is long by either bus or train, but it is certainly worthwhile. We recommend Aleksei-he is helpful and completely reliable. | ||

Somtimes having prebooked a taxi they have failed to materialise at the airport and thus costing me $50 in an airport taxi. At times the service and courtesy in the hotels has left something to be desired. However on this occassion I was impressed with the communication I had with you before my arrival, I understood very clearly all the costs. On my arrival there was Vladimir with a sign with my name and the journey into SPB was completed by him without the near heart attack that other drivers have nearly caused (see next entry). | ||

| When I arrived at the flat I was pleased with the high standard of cleanliness of the rooms and the more than adquate facilities provided.
